I just want to re-itterate, IF the press come down of Friends of Thornborough, who I am now a member, and in the mean time, planning approval is given, because we are too busy defending our own good name (and how many of the press will have their own funding agenda?) to defend the henges - what will you say? Lets just think of them as a little mis-guided, in need of support and suggestions as to how to proceed.

I have a meeting tonight with an "alternative" pressure group, who may also become friends of Thornborough.

Keep on focus, politics is crap, archaeology is crap, business is crap. But we can't solve it, all we can do is protect the henges.

I'm going to find a few more addresses - NYCC will be the prople to review the planning - we THINK!! it could also be Hambleton Council. I think a letter writing campaign to them and our MP's would be in order. Which MP does EH sit under?
