I understand there has been issues over access, routes, paths etc brewing for many months. The landowner who has many sites on his land takes his custodianship seriously and is extremely protective, to the point where it can be a real struggle gaining access... He's probs not agreed with something and withdrawn permissions to land that isn't Open access
