Hi guys,

Do we know if this is a case of a dodgy council decision?..or lazy council workmen erecting the fence in the wrong place, ie not following the plans?..or is a mixture of both?..

in my line of business i have to deal with the local council and you would be amazed at both the council and also the lazy workers!!! scarey!

Has someone asked why it has been placed there?
