Outlier?

I was just looking at this image:

Between 275 and the Druid's Circle in the distance there appears to be a stone on the axis of 275. It would not be unusual for an Irish 'five stoner' to have such an outlier.

Is it?

You're obviously confused. This circle is in Wales, not Ireland.

Interesting...I can see it on the photo although I don't remember it being particularly striking from the couple of times I've been there.
One has to be careful as there are a lot of natural boulders lying around (as one of the other pics shows i think) but, as the stones of 275 itself are pretty low anyway, it could be.
Does anyone know if this has got a better name, or indeed why it's called 'Circle 275'?

Hey up,

I've read somewhere that the stone is an outlier, can't remember where tho'.
It's named Circle 275, cos it's 275yds ENE of the Druids' Circle.

If someone states that a stone is an outlier and is proved wrong, does that make them an out and outlier?
