what strikes me is that one council is willing to put up a fence like this to protect a site with (as far as I'm aware) no prompting, but somewhere like <a href="http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/site/156">Ballochmyle</a> another council does nothing despite repeated vandalism (carving names into the rock)
