I was browsing around on Google Earth tonight, now that they have hi-res pictures of Cornwall.

This stone is easily visible on GE, but the TMA marker appears in the next field, on the wrong side of the driveway.

According to GE, the lat/Long s/b 50-4-42.67N 5-37-43.03E

Any chance of an adjustment please?

Actually, a few of these seem to be off when viewed in GE. Is this just a conversion discrepancy between the OS Ref and Lat/Long?

Brane entrance grave is also off by a field on GE.

This happens a lot when they update the mapping, things disappear or move across a road!

Could it be because we've been adding 6 figure grid references, which have an accuracy of 100m. But the lat/long would be taking that reference literally, so it would plot it at exactly that point, though the stone could be like 50m? away. Which is why they're not all out by a certain amount in a certain direction.
And presumably the only way round it is if we visit every site and take a gps with us. Off you go then.
