Nice photos though. What's with the wedge? I may be getting it wrong, but it looks like one of the uprights has a wedge of stone between it and the capstone.

Yes, there is a chocking stone holding up the capstone at the back. It is actually quite common and shows how particular some of the builders were about acheiving the almost across the board 21 degree tilt of Irish portal tomb capstones.
