Hi Local,

To be honest I don't know the Den. Sorry to be flippant about what you saw there. I'd imagine it was rather unsettling.

I'm not a big fan of killing things (I'm a born again veggie), and neither are most of the people on this Forum. I think most of us would agree that the sacrifice side of paganism is a bit passé.

Good luck with your search for the culprit.

Not guilty, I was still on the rig on the day in question! I know the Den well though, living in nearby Dundee. I pop over now and then, it's a lovely peaceful wee place. One of the trees in the Den is a clootie tree, full of the usual new age rubbish like dreamcatchers (such a traditional Celtic thing, I always think.....not...) but not normally peopled by lunatics messing up perfectly good stew ingredients.

I'll keep my eyes open any time I'm around that way. Sorry couldn't help this time.
