I've been promised some info soon from staff at NT.

I won't be around for a short while, so hope to have some news by early next week.

PS - I understand that people here are annoyed at this advertising (so am I) but can we please give the National Trust a break until we know the facts?

Fair enough, but it is a matter of record that their new management announced this was one of the routes they were going to take to raise money and they weren't diverted from it by the Uffington protests. Maybe they should give the sites a break as well! ;)
