Two Poster?

I've been out of the loop for a while, but I feel I should take responsibility for this hahaha!
Well, it was me who added it (and a couple of other Perthshire Pairs!), but I certainly didn't come up with the in-joke of naming them two-posters. I actually can't recall where I read the first description of Perthshire Pairs (I like that :)) as Two-Posters.

Tiompan- thanks for all the recent discovery/posts on here. I visit Loch Tay area regularly (but not regularly enough!) and will add your latest posts to my sites-I-must-see list. Yeah, the Tullich Hill CM's- it's hard to tell from the pics, but are those deliberately carved run-off grooves from the CM's on the edge of the stone?? Hmmm- v interesting.

Cheers guys,
Martin

Hi Martin , It may have been Margaret Stewart , in the 60's who first called them Perthshire pairs . Not sure about the grooves , if they are man made then they are very uncommon in a situation like that . If there is anything in particular in the area you want info re rock art I can send you the written report with a 10 fig grid ref etc , unless , of course it was previously recorded .

'Twas a useful naming - got me to lift my nose out of my own area, for a while anyway ;)
