From St Ives, head along the coast road, and just before the 'Eagle's Nest' house there's a layby on the left that looks like it's about to collapse. Park there. Walk up to the Eagles Nest house and take the footpath off to the left. Follow this up to the top of the hill (Sperris is around here somewhere) and look across to your right. ZQ can be seen a short way off.
