I think MM should be seen in the context of ALL of his previous postings before Littlestone is judged by anyone. I think he was entitled. So are we both illiberal cliquey rotters? No, we share a perspective of the whole of what went before.

Not many people get banned. But its the banning that makes this place so good for the rest. For an illustration of where complete tolerance gets you, take a look over the way. Unreadable. So there's a choice to be made. I know which I prefer.

As for a clique - gerroff.

Precisely, not only were his posts calculated to irritate and offend they carried little or no information relevant to this Forum. Personally I hope he has been banned, though no doubt he'll re-emerge under another name (if he hasn't done so already ;-)

As for 'venomous diatribe' Paulus, you would do well to look at your own post in that light.

That's it, I'll say nowt more other than to repeat Jane's comment above when she said, "Now, let's close this subject, enjoy the peace without MM around and get on with the business of talking about megaliths and stuff."
