Well it was unsure if the stones had moved at all so a long term measuring project was set up to measure them.
The heavy traffic that passes by does seem to jar the stones from time to time so it was decided to set them in concrete to stop any further movement.
As you know EH and NT are never in a hurry to do anything
(except take money off the Public)
