Don't care if it's unfair, but I have a little hate-box where I keep the NT. Whether it's expecting people to pay £6.50 to park on some bomb-site at the roadside in the Lake District or the special welcome to visitors to Sutton Hoo.........a car park 30 yards from the exhibition, which is Pay & Display even when the facility is closed, and then £8.70 to get in.........Jeez

I one becomes a member of N.T. there is free parking on all their sites and entry to all their properties. I am a volunteer for N.T. and get a volunteer's card which gives me free parking and entry and 50 hours a year is all that is required to get this. Personally I do more hours but that is just choice.
