Does opera have a built in firewall that would stop TMA sucking the file up?

No firewall to my knowledge FW. I agree with McGrail. It's a weird one.

I often have trouble viewing sites through Opera, but that tends to be due to badly written ASPs or horrible IE specific tags. Not come across uploading problems before.
