I should have specifically suggested submitting a photo. I'm using Opera 6.01 with Windows XP, and I get an error (in red, so it must be serious) telling me that,

"Only JPEGs may be uploaded."

Of course the photo *is* a JPEG. I then shuffle off to use IE and succeed at doing the same task.
