I've been sent this photograph for an opinion and thought maybe we might all like the opportunity to comment on it.
It's an aerial taken above the Sanctuary clearly showing the A4, the Ridgeway Path, the well-known barrows, the old cafe and what is being suggested is an unrecorded nearly ploughed-out barrow indicated by a white arrow.

What do you think?

The arc that's there can make your mind see a full circle, there's about a quarter, it may be the remains of something but only excavation or geo phs would tell us for sure, as i'm sure you thought yourself.

There's a Roman villa just off pic top right, a part brick was found there in the late 80s with the thumb print of the brickmaker.

Not sure that barrow if it is one would be unrecorded, it is inside the WHS and EH aerial photographers are tops (they found another long barrow recently.... Shhhh!).
