Get a Tesco built in the Great Circle and there'll be buses running every 5 minutes!!! :D

Thanks Supercat, Deee, Scubi and Sanctuary for your replies - much appreciated, sorry I didn't get around to answering sooner. Supercat, I don't know where you'll be travelling from but if you are coming by train to Swindon or Chippenham I know there is a bus that runs between both towns via Calne - I don't think its been cut (55 or 55A). It shouldn't be too expensive to get a taxi from Calne to Avebury. Hope you enjoy your 'golden' day.

Ach! You've changed your email address! You still got mine? If so, giz a shout cos loads of people have offered lifts from Swindon-Avebury-Swindon for that day if yer interested! :) Assuming, that is, there really *are* no buses that day.
