Wouldn't it be good if the various (and sadly often warring) Stonehead websites could (if not actually work together on this one) at least put together a statement representing their particular points of view. That’s not to say that individuals shouldn’t do the same, but something from the likes of Heritage Action, The Megalithic Portal, TMA etc might carry a bit more weight.

Then again it might not. Just an idea...
