I think this is perhaps a reference to Caleb Baily, owner of BB manor, but the sarsen nave there was constructed centuries prior to the birth of any of the named stone breakers.

In my reply elsewhere I pointed out that Baily was a non-conformist so the sarsens he harvested weren't destined for the church, but of course he promised to stop taking sarsen when threated by the Antiquaries so having taken fright may have abandoned or even buried sarsens that may have ended up being used when the church was rebuilt during the Gothic Revival. An interesting question - have to look at Mr Wyatt's plans.
