I'm a bit list now... Is the issue the cafe itself, our who runs the cafe?

I'm all for a nice, independently run cafe any day. Get fed up with all this pre-packaged crap.

It's probably obvious, but what do the locals think? Is there anything they can do to protest it if against it? I've not read this entire thread so it's possibly been covered anyway. Has a "community" cafe been discussed?
