Well Mimmacks still around so I get she is just pretending to be in charge.
At solstice someone asked him who they complain to and he told them no one of authority was around to take the complaint.
He's good at passing the buck and ducking out of situations.
His latest little scheme is to dish out parking tickets to locals BUT it is only delivered via the Upper Kennet News (Local Xtian rag) and guess what? I didn't get one this month.
Requests at the office for one have only come up with "We delivered one to evey door." There goes my Offical parking spot.
