"My boy Kieron (12) has found perfect finger knives, arrow heads, scrapers and loads of broken hand axes."

Mind You, according to British Archaeology I'm unfortunate enough to live in the Midlands....
"Large-scale excavations on the line of a new motorway in the West Midlands have produced that extremely rare finding in British archaeology - swathes of landscape with few signs of occupation before recent times."
Bah!, I'll have to move to Orkney. Apparently they trip over the Prehistory there.
