Hey Mr G. Having managed to ignore each other on Lewis last year, maybe it is time to meet up!! Not sure what our definite plans are other than an Out of Access tour of Stonehenge on the eve of my 40-dom but it would be good to have someone to show us the whys and wherefores....can I let you know, once we are in situ and know what we are up to?

Hey folks; thanks for the responses so far.

Jane - I had already asterixed the Devil's Den on my map (!) and am even more keen to go now...thanks.

My biggest concern is keeping Mark interested in sites that are "wow" enough for him as a casual observer.....don't want him getting bored whilst I am waxing lyrical about all things stoney!

Keep the suggestions coming...;-)

Weather permitting, we'll be there anyway - on the Saturday, most likely - cos... it's my birthday as well!!!

Not on Saturday, but it's the nearest non-work day I can find...

I will definately keep an eye out for you this time though! Can't believe going all that way to Lewis and missing you by THAT much!!! Tsk!
