Ah, I see. I've always avoided travel around that time just in case.
In essence it's communal gatherings destroying community. Bad, bad news.

its more to do with Glastonbury festy now having a fence and travellers having no where to go for solstice.
Avebury is a soft option as it has a car park and more importantly, a pub.
A new Stonehenge festival would solve the problem.
