If you look at the pano, you can see there was never much shit there in the first place - it's been a long-term campsite, not a temporary new age travellers 'lets stay here, dump loads of shit for someone else to clean up, and bugger off' site.

As well as affecting the Hedgelings, this has consequences for anyone wanting to sleep at the stones for Solstice, or who can't afford the B&Bs and want to stay in their cars/campers. Not sure how they're going to police it though, if they can't get anyone to take the cleaning job, surely no-one's going to take on night patrols making sure no-one's kipping in their cars.
