Does this also apply to anyone who sleeps in their car, or in a sleeping bag by a stone too? Wonder if it'd apply to any villager choosing to sleep in a tent in their own garden? Be interesting to see what NT would do then...

Yeah it will be interesting to watch how NT handle this.
Does this meanRoger B caanot put up a marquee in his garden and thrashout Dark Side of the Moon anymore?
Will there be a heavy police presence at solstice this year?
