Think it might be best to nip this one in the bud before it escalates and spoils what hopefully will be a nice day out.

Pete and I have had some mega dustups in the past but I've always had a lot of respect for his knowledge of the Wiltshire megalithic area - in fact I'd go as far as to say he probably knows more about the subject that anyone else on any of the Forums. As for people saying stuff like ...that awful Littlestone bloke... - that's OK. I'm pretty thick skinned, say what I think and ain't surprised when it creates a bit of fallout ;-)
