Can't we just let it grow 'organically' - fix on a date for the end of July/beginning of August that's best for most of us and take it from there. Will give it to the end of the month for some kind of consensus to emerge then I'll fix it with a, "I'm gonna be on Wadden Hill from noon on xx with six bottles of premium grade sake, fresh rolls, coleslaw and a roast chicken - be there or be square." (and bring your own chicken and drinks :-)
