In SW Northumberland, and closely linked to a dinky little stone circle (or ellipse). If there were many pilgrims to Avebury when it was in its Golden period then there may have been keepsakes on sale at the periphery. This little font stone has the same shaped basin as the plan of Avebury - or very close to it.
