The Cope really is a breath of fresh air, i'm looking forward to dipping into the dames book.

i have friends who have difficulty with TMA's lack of acedmic specificity, but i find his enthusiasm wins me over everytime.

TMA seems to have been well-received in archaeological academic circles, what with Julian lecturing archaeology students et al.

I reckon it must be the etymosophy that the academics find hard to stomach. I think that all that could change once Driver finally arrives, though. I think that the linguistic side of things will be explored much more thoroughly in that book...

Its important to remember that TMA is only the first volume of a truly vast work...
