Glad you found it interesting & agree N. Unfortunately I don't know the area well enough to know if your place where they'd both be visible'd be right.

I may be around there again in Sept, so I'll bear it in mind.

Looking at the map, at face-value I'd have thought it'd have to be quite a bit nearer Marlborough than the Sanctuary is? There are also a few contours that COULD encroach a bit, but there's certainly no high point between the 2 that'd rule the theory out. Interesting.

Anyone who knows the area really well got any comments? (Pete G maybe?)
