I will definitely be checking out these lovelies, and will be delivering my verdict upon my return.

They are certainly unusual, whatever their original purpose.

I shall be touching them and hugging them and all that malarkey. See if I suddenly become psychic or summat and see if I get any messages from them. Or summat.

I would love to meet up, but as you say, an ETA might be tricky (from both ends, as I have only ever driven through Yorkshire before so don't know where anything is!) But we can see if it's feasible nearer the time. I don't mind a bit of a drive.

If I'd kown at the time you were from so far away, Uffington would have been a cert!
