good luck i think we went sometime late july /august all i remember is it wasn't a day of particular significance so no doubt that is why it was quiet. It had been calling me for a while too!
I'm sending your love to wales as i write but i think you might be in wales just now (from reading one of your posts).
I'm off back to scotland for a couple of weeks next week I think thats why i like wales so much as it is really similar to the highlands where i grew up. can't wait to have a pint by lochness (weather permitting)!

just a thought if you are camping and there are lots of midgees that can get quite anoying there is a product by Avon cosmetics called 'skin so soft' and is apparently the best repellant someone told my dad about this and he used to use it when working in midgee territory. It was not designed as a repellant but is apparently better than other things that are.
