Morfe, I tried to make a version that reflected the way it looked to the retinas, in imitation of your sepia stylee, but it looked pap, so I binned it. I have difficulty making subtle tones :(

So I bunged another colouful one up, straight from the camera, no processing, just to confirm CML's point about how, in the dark, the camera finds colour where our eyes miss it.
