Was that off Babadag near Olu Deniz? It's a bit of a flying Mecca, but getting pretty crowded now.

That'll be the one, this was going back about 8 - 9 years, It was pretty quiet there then, a friend went back last year, here is his review, a fine =bit of travel writing
