I like the odd oddity on TMA and hope it will not be too restrictive after the "cull". At least the armchair is of stone. How does the medieval wooden church carving of the Zennor mermaid qualify for TMA?
I seem to remember posting something similar to the following once before:
Why draw a line in the sand and say that things on one side of the line are OK and everything on the other side is not? Surely there's some scope for a classification system: paleolithic, neolithic, bronze age, iron age, r*man, mediaeval, modern, etc. Sites could move from one category to another as further evidence is unveiled.
