No I agree, there is nothing to suggest the the reports themselves have been manipulated and I for one would not expect this. To my mind the vast majority of archaeologists work to the best of their ability within the cost constraints of the job.

This is a watching brief output so it will never meet the standard of the excavations done by a research unit such as Newcastle, however even you guys have cost constraints so there is rarely a "dream output" for any excavation or research project. These things are not black and white.

Nonetheless, I would like to see the structure and location of the Neolithic pits found in 1994/5 published. The information is there, I have seen it, it is factual stuff - simple to make available and odd not to be included given that more recent work is being published.
