Machrie's a good place to lose yer 'cherry'!!!! If it doesn't turn you into a fully-fledged megalithomaniac, there's gotta be summat wrong with you!!!

I'd recommend all the other Arran sites on here too, esp Torrylin - nice remains and a beautiful setting and the Giant's Graves - wrecked but wonderful site with stunning views glimpsed thru the trees on the way! A bugger of a climb tho!
