Thing is, there's plenty of people out there walking (mainly dog walkers). Regardless of the fact it's a barrow being trashed, surely people don't want to be surrounded by all this mess? The fly-tipping in that area is very bad as well, I passed a couple of matresses and a bath next to the road up onto the ridge from Pontypridd.
