Hi Folks
I just posted a picture on behalf of and taken by Claire Heron of Cumbria. Her question was: is there a lozenge or cross-like carving on this stone? I have never visited this site (shame!) so I hope the regulars will help us out here.

Looks very similar to the ones at Castlerigg. They are carvings, as Hob says how old are they?, are they old carvings or new carvings?
