Seems possible - I think you could get that 'height' effect that way, but I could be wrong - has been known!!! ;^) (And I've never used a 'fish-eye' meself.)

I've got a very wide angle lense that I used to use on my Olympus SLR. It was great fun. Wish I had something similar for the digital camera.
