Hi again Charles,

Do you know anything about the monument, or if there are more of that type thereabouts? It bears an uncanny likeness to a Cork/Kerry asc, is why I ask. The orientation you gave, allowing wildness of guess, would also fit.

Do you know anything about 'circles' around here (Andalusia), if you happen to read this, George? I went through my bookshelves last night and came up with nothing.

Sorry Gordon ,It's been a very long time since I was in southern Spain and don't have anything to add re stone circles but have lots of detail on orientation of tombs and tholoi from the area if that is any help .

Didn't see mention of the orienation would be interested . The dolmens of Sevilla tend to be oriented 80 -100 while in neighbouring Cadiz it's more like 230 . It is very ASC like but also , partly because of it's size a capstone dolmen .
