Gah I felt like kicking myself the other night when I realised I'd missed it. I went past on Wednesday, happened to look up at the window, and was surprised to see a plesiosaur - then I made the connection between the building and the talk I'd missed. I'm sure it was interesting to hear Mr Hutton talk even if you weren't convinced by his conclusions. I'll just have to wait for the next one then.

Lets hope its about our local pagan temples, as in r/b, I'm intrigued about Nettleton shrub and lugbury longbarrow nearness to each other and the Uley site. He's also the "worlds expert" on the new religion of paganism, though he did say he was the only one, he had a nice gentle sense of humour. Also recited poetry, the "goddess movement" started with Swinburne and Keat's Endymion is an example, his thesis moved through such diverse people as Graves and Jacquetta Hawkes.. and of course JC though strangely he did'nt mention him.
