I've just read your field notes, and Postman's too. I probably wouldn't have known this site existed had I not asked the question about the Plas Newydd dolmen. Both accounts of visits to Bryn-yr-Hen-Bobl sounded a little hairy but exhilarating at the same time; I will be giving it a go though not too keen on encountering Man With a Gun. Am looking forward to exploring the archaeology of Anglesey, a long held ambition though I sort of lost sight of it for a while.
