moss ,it sounds like you mean the stones at Tigh na Cailleach near Glen Lyon . Dunno anything that fits the bill in Kilmartin .

Thank you Tiompan - he who almost knows everything ;), I was up the wrong glen. I knew Anne Ross had mentioned it but could never find it...
