I beleive it is visible but it may not be ,but could anyone tell me if they would consider that the hill Cerrig lladron in the Preselis as seen from Carreg Samson might be considered prominent or does it just meld into the general background ? Thanks .

Think the answer is no to both, the Carreg Samson long barrow seems focussed on the little valley up from the sea and the island in front, also if you look from (the cairn?) at cerrig lladron and take a line from there, probably Mynydd Cilciffeth would stand in the way, which also has cairns at the summit... Postman might know...

Another equinoctial alignment eh ?
No I dont think any of the Peseli's peaks is prominent from carreg samson
only the rocky peaks nearer to the coast.
