Costs of 600,000 euros were today awarded against Vincent Salafia for bringing a case against the road at Tara.
Judge Smyth said that he was satisfied "that Mr Salafia had acted out of a personal dislike of the road."
Is he going to appeal the decision or is there going to be an appeal for help with the costs?
High cost for free speech, a lesson by Irish government in how to destroy any individual who challenges them....
Erm...
I'm scared to make a serious comment in case my eyes are deceiving me!
