Don't think so, you could try asking whoever looks after it now, modern version of the Duchas I guess.

The bars on the gate are quite wide, I think it can add to shots, interpret it how you will... although I'd give my eye teeth just to spend some time inside!

I also wish they'd stop people walking over the top of it all the time...
