A protester has just been given permission to appeal the M3 route in the High Courts. There's hope yet.

The options for those of us not in Ireland are somewhat limited, but there's no reason why we can't make those limited options as effective as possible.

I'm up for doing something about this, HA are as well but I think this is going to need a real burst of public attention. There's lot's we can do online to draw peoples attention to this and to get them to apply pressure to the Irish gov for a rethink.

Surely it is wrong to proceed with works whilst there is a legal challenge?
